What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 totes, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. Replacement inserts carry the same minimum and can be ordered on their own.
How fast will my wine totes arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and totes ship in about 2 weeks. Inserts cut to a non-standard bottle are made to order rather than pulled from stock, so you get a real date before you commit.
Will your totes fit Burgundy and sparkling bottles?
Only if the cells were cut for them, which is why we ask what you stock before quoting. A Bordeaux is around 3 in across, a Burgundy nearer 3.4, and a sparkling bottle is wider again and taller at the neck. We cut the insert to a named bottle, not to a nominal capacity.
Why do dividers matter so much?
Because glass against glass is how bottles break, and the shoulder is the widest part of the bottle. Full-height dividers keep them apart from base to neck. Half-height card inserts separate the bodies and leave the shoulders knocking together on every corner, which is where most breakages start.
What actually fails on a wine tote?
The base, almost always. A loaded six is about eighteen pounds and gets set down hard on stone and tarmac many times a week, and that shock goes into whichever bottle is standing on the base panel. A reinforced base board spreads it, and the drop keeps the glass off the ground in the first place.
Are your wine totes insulated?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. These are carrying totes: dividers, base and height, built to get loaded glass somewhere intact. If you need bottles to stay cold for a stated number of hours, that is an insulated cooler and a different product entirely.
Can I reorder inserts without buying new totes?
Yes. We hold your cell dimensions against your account, so a replacement insert order is one email. An insert is a consumable — it gets soaked, crushed and pulled about — and replacing it should never mean replacing the bag.
Do you make single-bottle gift bags or wooden boxes?
No. Everything here carries four bottles or more and is built around the divider, the base and the height. We do not make single-bottle gift sleeves, rigid presentation boxes or wooden crates, and we would rather point you to the right supplier than sell you the wrong thing.
