Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Wine totes are supplied as carrying products only and are not insulated, are not represented as thermal or chilled-transport products, and no representation is made as to the temperature of any contents; where temperature control is required, an insulated product is the appropriate specification and is not supplied here. Divider cell dimensions are cut to a bottle specification named by the customer at order stage and recorded against the customer account, and no representation is made that a tote cut to one bottle specification will accept another; standard still-wine bottle diameters, Burgundy-shaped bottle diameters and sparkling-wine bottle diameters differ materially, as do overall bottle heights, and internal tote height is specified to clear the neck of the tallest bottle named by the customer rather than to a nominal bottle capacity. Divider inserts are supplied as removable consumable components, are available for separate reorder against the recorded cell specification, and are stated in writing to be subject to permanent loss of rigidity following saturation and to permanent deformation where a bottle exceeding the specified cell width is introduced, neither of which is treated as a defect. Loaded weights quoted are calculated on standard bottle masses and are given as guidance; base board specifications and handle constructions are stated on the quotation against the loaded weight named by the customer. Wine totes are not moulded shippers and are not supplied or represented as suitable for carriage of bottles by post or parcel carrier.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
